- 10 Bridor® seeds and cereals half-baguettes
- 50 g KNORR® Professional Ultimate Intense Flavours Citrus Fresh (400 ml)
- 50 g de KNORR® Professional Dill Mise en place (340 g)
- 500 g Philadelphia
- 900 g smoked salmon
- 3 avocados
- Lemon or lime zest
- 50 g assorted young shoots
- Pomegranate seeds
Preparation steps
- Marinate the smoked salmon in the KNORR® Professional Ultimate Intense Flavours Citrus Fresh for around 30 minutes.
- Mix the KNORR® Professional Dill Mise en place with the Philadelphia to obtain a creamy sauce.
- Cut the half-baguettes in half lengthways.
- Spread the dill sauce on each half.
- Put the slices of marinated salmon on the dill sauce.
- Put a few slices of avocado on the salmon.
- Grate a little lemon or lime zest according to your preference.
- Sprinkle a few young shoots and pomegranate seeds to add flavour and texture.
- Close with the top half of the half-baguette.
