  • 10 Bridor® seeds and cereals half-baguettes
  • 50 g KNORR® Professional Ultimate Intense Flavours Citrus Fresh (400 ml)
  • 50 g de KNORR® Professional Dill Mise en place (340 g)
  • 500 g Philadelphia
  • 900 g smoked salmon 
  • 3 avocados 
  • Lemon or lime zest
  • 50 g assorted young shoots
  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Marinate the smoked salmon in the KNORR® Professional Ultimate Intense Flavours Citrus Fresh for around 30 minutes.
  • Mix the KNORR® Professional Dill Mise en place with the Philadelphia to obtain a creamy sauce.
  • Cut the half-baguettes in half lengthways.
  • Spread the dill sauce on each half.
  • Put the slices of marinated salmon on the dill sauce.
  • Put a few slices of avocado on the salmon.
  • Grate a little lemon or lime zest according to your preference.
  • Sprinkle a few young shoots and pomegranate seeds to add flavour and texture.
  • Close with the top half of the half-baguette.
